Frank is a time-share broker. His earnings are based on a graduated commission. He received 3% on any time-share sale up to $10000 and 5% for any amount over the $10000. last Saturday he sold a time-share for 10500. how much did he make selling the Tim-share. A) $370 B) $325 c) $500 b) $350

    He gets 3% up to 10,000

    and 5% over 10,000

    10500 - 10000 = 500

    10000 * 0.03 = 300

    500 * 0.05 = 25

    300 + 25 = 325 total

    The correct answer is B
