    g (x) = 2x^2+3

    k (x) = g (x-2) + 4

    k (x) = 2 (x - 2) ^2 + 3 + 4

    k (x) = 2 (x^2 - 4x + 4) + 7

    k (x) = 2x^2 - 8x + 8 + 7

    k (x) = 2x^2 - 8x + 15

    Answer

    k (x) = 2x^2 - 8x + 15
