What's the parabola in vertex for for (-5,0) and has a vertex (-2,1)

    hello:

    the parabola's equation is : f (x) = a (x+2) ²+1

    but; f (-5) = 0

    0 = a ( - 5+2) ²+1

    9a+1=0 ... a = - 1/9

    f (x) = (-1/9) (x+2) ²+1
