How do you solve 5y+34=-2 (1-7y)

    Distribute on the right so you'd end up with 5y+34=-2+14y then you add 5y to both sides and end up with 34=-2+19y now add 2 on both sides you get 32=19y then you dived so you have 32 over 19 and 19y over 19 you end up with 1.68
