    a) 80 b) 40 c) 60 d) 30.

    Step-by-step explanation:

    30 read English and Mathematics.

    10 read neither, so 130 - (30 + 10) = 90 students either read only English or only. Maths.

Number who read English = 2 * number reading Maths.

    (a) Number reading English = 2/3 * 30 + 2/3 * 90

    = 20 + 60 = 80

    b) Number reading Maths = 1/3 * 30 + 1/3 * 90

    = 10 + 30 = 40

    c) Those reading only English = 90 * 2/3 = 60.

    d) Those reading only Maths = 1/3 = 90 * 1/3 = 30
