What is a cylinder diameter of 3 feet and a height of 4.5 feet. if the barrel is empty, which is the closet to the minimum amount of water needed to completely fill the barrel?

    Volume of the barrel = pi * r^2 * h

    = 22/7 * (3/2) ^2 * 4.5

    = 31.82 feet^3
