    I believe there is a typographical error in the given. It should be RS = 3.

    By definition, an equilateral triangle, also known as an "equi-angular" triangle, has 3 equal sides and 3 equal angles which are 60° 60° 60°. If the triangle RST is an equilateral triangle, then we can conclude that all sides have equal length. Since the section RS = 3, then it follows that the length of the section RT is also 3 as well as the section ST.
