For which of the following equations is x = 6 the

only solution?

A. (6x) 2 = 0)

B. (x - 6) ? = 0

    B and D. B because if x would equal 6, that means they are saying 6 - 6 which would be zero! So that one is correct.

    D is also correct because on (x - 6), it's 6 - 6 which is 0. And for the second one (x + 6), That means it's 6 + 6, which equals 12. Now you will end up with (0) (12). Now since 0 and 12 are touching each other in parenthesis, that means you multiply! So that equals 0 because 0x12 equals 0! So it's correct! So that means B and D are correct!
