    Ok so

represent number of packages as n

so the total number of uniforms is

(number of uniforms per package) times n aka

    8 times n aka

    8n

    127 employees

each person needs at least 3, therefor

    127 times 3=381

    they need at least 381

    therefor

    8n>381

    divide both sides by 8

    n>47.625

you can't order a decimal box so you round up so you don't have too less

    47.625 goes to 48

    answer is 48 boxes
