    $150,000 - N% = $67,500

    $150,000 - 45% = $67,500

    $67,500 is 45% of $150,000

    Down payment answer:

    $150,000 - N% = $22,500

    $150,000 - 15% = 22,500

    $22,500 is 15% of $150,000
