-9x+1=-x+17
-9x + x = 17 - 1
-8x = 16
x = 16/-8
x = - 2

So let's get stared we have to do 9 times 1 and that 9 then do 9 thus 17 and it be 28 or something differern you can do is [9 time 1]=9 then [9 time 17]=28 so you can do it even way but have to get the same answer
