    If 2 angles are supplementary:

    α + β = 180°

    α = 3 β + 54°

    3 β + 54° + β = 180°

    4 β = 126°

    β = 126° : 4

    β = 31° 30 '

    α = 180° - 31° 30 '

    α = 148° 30 '

    Answer:

    The measure of the first angle is 148° 30 '.
