Simplify the expression. - 4-5 (9-2)

Last year a colleges tuition was 45,000. This year, the tuition increased by 4% find the years tuition by using a percent greater than 100

    To find the amount of money it has increased by you would multiply 45,000 by. 04 to 1,800. So if you added 45,000 to 1,800 you would get 46,000 as you new total. The years tuition would be 46,000$
