    So, the length is two times the width. We will make two formulas

    P = 2L + 2W, where L is length and W is width

    L = 2W+2

    So, since you know that L = 2W and P = 28cm, you can plug that into the first formula. When you do that, you'd get

    (28) = 2 (2W+2) + 2W

    28 = 4W + 4 + 2W

    28-4 = 6W

    24 = 6W

    W = 4,

    So, the Width would be 4 cm, the length would be 2 (4) + 2 which is 10
