Sabrina is ordering a custom circular glass table for her dining room the tables are ordered based on the area of the table top and the diameter of every tabletop does a whole number she wants a table with enough room for at least 6 people and wants each person to have at least 5 feet of table Edge space so that it's not too crowded the minimum table diameter Sabrina should order is how many feet

    The circumference would be 30 ft, which comes from 6 people have 5ft of space each. 6 x 5 = 30. Which means the diameter is 9.55414013; Circumference divided by pi is the diameter. Once you divide the diameter by 2 for the radius, you get 4.777 which can be used to find the area of the table top. Area is pi x radius x radius = 3.14 x 4.777 x 4.777 = 71.654 ft^2
