Area of the rectangle is 2*6=12 in^2

    12 could be = 1*12 or 2*6 or 3*4

    P could be 2 * (1+12) = 2*13=26

    2 * (2+6) = 2*8=16

    2 * (3+4) = 2*7=14

the answer is 24 in (c)
