Phone A has a $8.75 discount

$175*0.05=$8.75

Phone B has a $40.00 discount

$200*0.20=$40

Part B:

Phone A is $166.25

$175-$8.75=$166.25

Phone B is $160.00

$200-$40=$160

Part C:

Phone B costs less after the discount

Part D:
