In Minnesota the twin cities average 12.1 inches of snow in January compared to 7.8 inches of snow in February. What is the absolute and relative change of inches of snowfall from January to February in the twin cities? Round your answer for relative change to the nearest hundreth of a percent.     The relative change is found by taking the absolute change initial value=relative change.

    -4.312.1=-0.35537

    Round to the nearest hundredth of a percent to get - 35.54%.
