    Let l length, w width, p perimeter:

    l=12+w

    2 (l+w) = p

    2 ((12+w) + w) = 100

    2 (12+2w) = 100

    12+2w=50

    2w=38

    w=19

    l=12+w=12+9 = 21

    l=21
