A conveyor belt carries supplies from teh first floor to the second floor, which is 12 feet higher. The belt makes a 60% angle with the ground. How far do the supplies travel from one end of the conveyor belt to the other? Round your answer to the nearest foot.

    It will make a right triangle with base angle of 60 degree

    cos60=12/D

    where D=distance how much belt travel

    1/2=12/D

    1/2*12=D

    d=6 feet
