Use an algebraic equation to solve the problem. the sides of a triangle are in the ratio 3 : 4 : 5. what is the length of each side if the perimeter of the triangle is 90 cm?

    3x+4x+5x=90

    12x=90

    x=15/2 so the sides are:

    22.5cm, 30cm, 37.5cm
