    X^3-3x^2+x+5 = (x+1) (x^2-4x+5)

    (x+1) (x^2-4x+5) = 0

    x+1=0→x+1-1=0-1→x=-1

    x^2-4x+5 different to zero

The root of the equation is x=-1
