Do the PSF (Product, Sum, Factor) Method - - you find the product of the last number, sum of the middle number, and the factors that make both the product and sum, respectively.
Factors of 20: 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 20
You see that 10 + 2 = 12.
This polynomial will be factored into (x+10) (x+2)
