The line plot shows the weights of ten eggs laid by one hen. what is the total weight, in ounces, of the four heaviest eggs? the chart shows 1 1/2 has 2 eggs, 2 shows 2 eggs laid, and 2 1/2 has 1 egg. it shows 4 eggs and 1 on the blank spaces

    The heaviest among the given eggs are the 1 egg which weighs 2 1/2, 2 eggs which weigh 2. Lastly, we also have 1 egg for 1 1/2. When we compute for the some of these eggs,

    weights = (2 1/2) + (2) (2) + (1 1/2) = 8 ounces

    Thus, the total weights of the first four heaviest eggs is 8 ounces.
