    Similarly, if a 6 sided die is rolled, the total number of sample space will be 6 since the die rolled is a 6-sided die. The sample space will be [1,2,3,4,5,6]

    If a 2 is rolled, then the possible number of outcome is 1 i. e [2]

    P (2) = 1/6

    Probability that a 2 will be rolled is 1/6

    P (2) = 1/6

    The probability that you will flip a tails and roll a 2 will therefore be expresses as P (a tail) * P (2)

    = 1/2 * 1/6

    = 1/12
