45 percent because you take 36000 times 100 and divide it by 80000

[1] When asked an easy question like "What percentage is 10 of 20?" we can easily find the answer by writing:
10/20 = 0.5 = > 50%
[2] The same idea works even for big numbers:
36000/80000 = 0.45 = > 45%
