    Are we assuming that "for the day" means 24 hours? Or is 4 hours the max? It seems to me that some info is missing. To find the cost to park for a day and the hourly rate to rate a paddle-boat is given otherwise and they are together, not separate.

    For part B, again, I feel like something is missing. It doesn't say anything about. 5 hours, just full hours. So I guess we'd have to figure out the hourly rate for 3 hours and multiply that by 3.5.

    $41/3 ~ 13.67/hour. So 13.67 * 3.5 = 47.85
