    The given equation is y=4/x + sqrt (x + 0.2) - 5x

    Find the value of y when x = 4/5

    By substitung x into the equation:

    y = 4 / (4/5) + sqrt ((4/5) + 0.2) - 5 (4/5)

    y = 5 + 1 - 4

    y = 2
