    I get area = 289 π cm²

    the circumference and area formulae for a circle are

    C = 2πr and A = πr² (where r is the radius)

    2πr = 34π (divide both sides by 2π)

    r = 17 cm

    and A = π * 17² = 289π cm²

    It should be 289pi cm2, but I don't see that answer
