A dentist bought 9 bags of prizes for his patients. Each had 12 prizes. The prizes were divided equally among 3 boxes. How many prizes were in each box?

    First, you must see how many prizes there are in each bag. Therefore, you multiply 12 and 9 then you get 108. Simply just divide 108 with 3 and get 36. There are 36 prizes in total.
