Willson has 320 7th grade students, and its ratio of boys and girls is 1:1. Salem has 330 seventh grade students and its ratio to boys to girls is 5:6 the two towns hold a carnival and all seventh grade students from both towns attend how many seventh grade students at the carnival were girls?

    Wilson has 320 / 2 = 160 girls

    Salem has:

    5x + 6x = 330

    11x = 330

    x = 30

    6x = 6 * 30 = 180
