The Answer is 2.21 Meters Of Wood, Because 2.25+3.12 = 5.37 He needs 7.58 Meters In All, so Subtract.

7.58-5.37=2.21 Meters. that is the amount of wood he still needs. Hopefully its not to difficult for you.
