At a party, 70 people are right - handed and 12 people are left - handed what is the ratio of right - handed people to the total? (Reduce your answer to lowest terms) can someone explain how to do ratio I'll appreciate that

    Divide each number (70/82) by the same number, lets say 2, it would be 35/41 and go from there.

    The answer is 35:6

    Solution

    70:12

    Divide by 2
