If there are 2 blue sections, there are 6 non-blue sections. So the probability of not getting blue is 6/8=3/4.

6/8 or 3/4 (75%) because it says what is the probability of NOT getting blue. This means you have 2/8 of getting blue and 6/8 of not getting blue.
