    Vcylinder=hpir^2

    VA=hpi6^2

    VB=hpi (6/2) ^2=hpi3^2

    A times?=B

    ? = a fraction

    hpi6^2 times?=hpi3^2

    divide both sides by hpi

    6^2 times?=3^2

    36 times?=9

    divide both sides by 36

    ?=9/36

    ?=1/4

    1/4 of A is B
