    h (x) = 3x^2 + 24x+45

    Step-by-step explanation:

    a=-3, b=-5, k=3,

    h (x) = k (x-a) (x-b)

    h (x) = 3 (x - (-3)) (x - (-5))

    h (x) = 3 (x+3) (x+5)

    h (x) = 3 (x*x+x*5+3*x+3*5)

    h (x) = 3 (x^2 + 5x+3x+15)

    h (x) = 3 (x^2 + 8x+15)

    h (x) = 3x^2 + 24x+45
