If the measure of one angle is 3x and the measure of its complement is 2x what is the value of x

    One angle = 3x

    complementary angle = 2x

    sum = 90

    ⇒ 3x + 2x = 90

    ⇒ 5x = 90

    ⇒ x = 90/5 = 18°

    x is 18°
