    13/15 because 3/5 with the lcd is 15 so 7 plus 6 is 13

    7/15

    Step-by-step explanation:

    Function 1:

    (0,45) (1,75)

    slope (rate of change) = (75 - 45) / (1 - 0) = 30

    y = mx + b

    slope (m) = 30

    (0,45) ... x = 0 and y = 45

    now we sub and find b, the y int

    45 = 30 (0) + b

    45 = b

    so ur equation is y = 30x + 45 ... slope (rate of change) = 30 ... y int = 45

    Function 2:

    y = 40x + 50 ... slope (rate of change) = 40 ... y int = 50

    Function 2 has a greater rate of change then Function 1 - - - True

    Function 2 has a greater y int then Function 1 - - - True
