Kevin and 2 friend are playing a game of card there are 52 in deck to be shared equally Kevin wants each player to receive the same number of card how many card will each player receive? How many card will be left over?

    Total people = 3

    Divide the number of cards by the number of people:

    52/3 = 17.33333

    Since there are no "parts" of cards, they must be given in whole numbers - thus, each player will get 17 cards and there will be 1 card left over.
