    If his boss pays 65% of his premium, then Gerald pays 35% ...

    0.35 (345) = 120.75

    if his boss pays 50% of his dental, then Gerald pays 50%

    0.50 (38) = 19

    if his boss pays 75% of his vision, then Gerald pays 25%

    0.25 (23) = 5.75

    so in total, Gerald pays : 120.75 + 19 + 5.75 = 145.50 <=
