Blake estimates that 130%. Of 20 is "2.6." Without doing any calculations, how do you know that he is wrong and why?

    Because it's 26%

    We know that 100% of 20 is going to be 20. Therfor, there's no way that 2.6% would be correct. It's going to be larger than 100%, which is 20.
