Dylan and his children went into a grocery store and where they sell peaches for $1 each and mangos for $0.50 each. Dylan has $15 to spend and must buy no less than 15 peaches and mangos altogether. If Dylan decided to buy 13 peaches, determine the maximum number of mangos that he could buy.
