Solve this equation: - 9h - 6 + 12h + 40 = 22.

A. h = 24

B. h = 4

C. h = - 4

    Subtract - 9h from positive 12h and youll get a positive 3h then subtract the - 6 from 40 which will give you a positive 34 then subtract 34 from 22 which will give you a negative 12 and divide it by 3h and it will give you a - 4 so h = - 4

    Well, subtract 40 from both sides, then add 6 to both sides. after that, add the h's together and your equasion should look something like this. 3h=-12 solve and get h=-4.
