    X^ (1/7) x^ (1/7) x^ (1/7) x^ (1/7)

Well the rule for multiplying similar bases with exponents is:

    (a^b) (a^c) (a^d) = a^ (b+c+d), so in this case:

    x^ (1/7+1/7+1/7+1/7)

    x^ (4/7)

In words that is x raised to the 4/7 th power or the seventh root of x raised to the 4th power.
