9x + 6y = -30 how can you make them terms of y

    y = - 3/2 x - 5

    9x + 6y = -30

    subtract 9x from each side

    6y = - 9x-30

    divide by 6 on each side

    y = - 9/6 x - 30/6

    y = - 3/2 x - 5
