    For the equation of line 1:

    y = - (1/3) + 2

    It has a slope of m = - 1/3

    For line 2:

    y - 11 = 3 (x - 6)

    y = 3x - 7

    It has a slope of m = 3

    For line 3:

    y = (1/3) x - 15

    It has a slope of m = 1/3

    Line 1 and Line 2 are perpendicular since their slopes are negative reciprocal of each other. Any other combinations are neither parallel nor perpendicular.
