What is the solution for x in the equation?

5/3x + 4 = 2/3x

A. x = - 12/7

B. x = 4

    Perpendicular ⇒

    m = - 1/-4 = 1/4

    g (x) = (1/4) x + b

    3/4 = (1/4) (5) + b

    b = - 1/2

    g (x) = (1/4) x - 1/2
