How many combinations of 6 students can a teacher choose from 30 students

    n! / (k! (n-k) !), n=number of choices possible, k=number of choices made ...

    30! / (6!*24!)

    I believe you just multiply the number of students by the number of students in each combination

    30*6 = 180 combinations
