    F (x) = x2+2x-3 = 1

    g (x) = x2-9 = - 7

    (f/g) (4) = (1/-7) (4) = (-0.14) (4) = - 0.57

    (f+g) (4) = (1 + (-7)) (4) = (-6) (4) = - 24
