Step 1: Simplify both sides of the equation.
9g=3 (-4+5) (9) g-3 (-4+5g)
9g=3 (-4+5) (9) g + (-3) (-4) + (-3) (5g) (Distribute)
9g=27g+12+-15g
9g = (27g+-15g) + (12) (Combine Like Terms)
9g=12g+12
9g=12g+12
Step 2: Subtract 12g from both sides.
9g-12g=12g+12-12g
-3g=12
Step 3: Divide both sides by - 3.
-3g-3=12-3
g=-4
